After this arc:
Yuno = 1st class senior MK/ vice captain
Asta= 1st class senior MK/ vice captain
Noelle= 2nd class senior MK
Mimosa= 2nd class senior MK
Then we might have a timeskip of 2 years after two more arcs?
So my prediction is:
Noelle leaves for 2 years to train with Nozel so she can surpass him, so no rank upgrade she was absent.
Asta and yuno becomes master MK ( captains ) it will be funny to see Noelle calling asta captain XD and yami drop to vice captain because asta surpassed him.
Anyway, sorry if you might find a royal lvl amount of head cannons XD
