I like a lot chapter 132.5, we see Shokuhou and Misaka first meeting. Also Shokuhou being flat chested Did not know there was a time in the past when she was even shorter than Misaka
I wonder what happened to this Ruri girl.

In season 1 of Railgun episode 2, Misaka says something about Kuroko displacing her former roommate through some shady means? But I went to check the same scene in the manga and it doesnt exist, so that was anime filler?
Now I am more curious what happened with Kessai. Maybe a transfer? Though I'm not sure Tokiwadai does that stuff.

I guess this is before Misaki has met Touma?

Yep, considering it is winter(?), Misaki and Touma met in summer.
