Well, it's unfair since the Dagon Gods and Acnologia were introduice in that tournament. No wizards can beat them, even combine if they are not nerfed by great mergin. I expect this tournament should end with Ignia vs Acnologia, with Acnologia's victory in an extreme diff fight like he did with Ignir.

Actually Irene Canonically beat Acnologia (Killing is not same as beating, she neutralized him)
Also new things about Irene and Acno was reviled in 100YQ, which goes in her favor.
Upcoming chapter may even confirm that Acno failed Killing Serena and simple "Gildartsed" him.
