Going by shin's translation it would appear this is the case but the translation seems a tad weird. It's weird that suddenly the ship would have turned out to be gustang's mysteriously ranked inventory. It's a bit bs that gustang could potentially have something ranked above S++ or whatever considering that the lore has hon as the owner of the highest ranked item in the tower. Thinking about it given the circumstances it's about time starts stockpiling powerful items to keep in reserve. Early in the lore SIU said something along the lines of rankers usually having a bunch of expensive items and high rankers having even more.

I am not finding excuses though. Just stating the facts. They said in the previous chapter that he wasn't in good condition plus he has a 3rd fang to get along with mastery of Full Mimesis on his lower body+ Akrinak. Even as he is now, he is very strong. It's obvious he is going to get huge power ups sooner or later.

In perfect condition he might be able to defeat Rambo without going all out.
