It's interesting HK leaders have all basic nature magic attributes: water, lightning, plant, fire, wind and earth. As Gaja said, in HK they didn't develop complex types of magic like spatial, steel, etc.

My guess would be Yuno, cuz its been a long while since the poor thing had a cover dedicated to him lol
Plus the chapter Boreas will be in the upcoming volume, so that would be a perfect opportunity to finally include him.

Not necessarily. The older volumes often featured characters but with grimoires that werent their own.
But since Tabata used pretty much all the major grimoires, he started doing new character + their grimoire design.

I think there might be Yuno center stage, and then on the side, characters like the demons and Morris. Maybe

The grimoires from 1-23 showed the next character's grimoire for the cover, Tabata changed it from 24 and onwards with the character and their grimoire at the back.
