Hi!

Welcome to my personal thread recommendation corner, I'll be editing my signature weekly (or bi-weekly) and give an anime and manga recommendation, usually my personal favorites or just shows I enjoy a lot.

I'll be putting a list of past recommendations in this opening post in case you're wondering.

That's something you should discuss with njt.

The standard stuff like Naruto and One Piece. Mostly manga's featured in WSJ. But I did the occasional project on my own and those were normally one-shots or short manga's. Can't recall any names of those.

I was actually planning on starting a new fiction project involving MangaHelpers or at least a couple of the FF'ers in some way or another.

I got inspiration when last month when the FF was having a meltdown, with the bans and warnings and shit like that. You know, the fall of FF and the rest of MH and stuff like that.

War-fic shit. But I don't know, haven't had much time lately, I have tons of notes about that and other ideas for a MH fic, so who knows. I doubt anything will be written before autumn though.

Before I start anything new I think I'll finish the Lost Mountains arc of that fic though. Leaving it like that is fucked up too.

It would certainly be awesome, yesh.

Ah, the same as usual, although I took more jobs etc. then I could actually handle.
Running low on money, time, health and probably my life. Have to figure something out to change all that. Already quit two jobs, but my new education started, so that doesn't change anything, lol.

How's yours?

It wasn't funny.

I can't say any of my favorite books, I read a lot, but I tend to forget books quite fast. I'm really enjoying Imperium right now though. And I'm still in love with the original Sherlock Holmes books.

I really dig RPG's and FPS', but one of my favorite games is and always will be Age of Empires: Age of Kings. The first of the franchise. Even though I don't play it anymore, once I think of it's installed within no time and I end up as a zombie in front of my pc. I also love the Jazz Jackrabbit and Uncharted games.

The same goes for most Mario games, I'm a sucker for platformers like that, I especially like Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3 and Paper Mario. And well, Ocarina of Time is also a great game.

My new favorite however, is, LitteBigPlanet 2. I loved the first one, but this game is .. godlike!
(And just to mention a shooter, Bad Company 2!)

I'm starting to remember doing this before.. Uhm, I don't know, I've seen too much for my brain to remember.. But here's a small list... Rurouni Kenshin: Tsuiokuhen, Hajime no Ippo: Mashiba vs. Kimura, Gintama, Kekkaishi and Ahiru no Quack. I'm not going in to details right now, we'll leave that open for next time or something..

I'm a sucker for stereotypical shounen manga's, I can't help myself, I love them. I read everything, and with that I mean.. EVERYTHING. But my most favorite manga's tend to be shounens, like Beck, The Law of Ueki, Konjiki no Gash Bell! and Slam Dunk. Sexy Commando is also a favorite of mine, even though it's a shounen, I just treat it as.. well.. I don't know.. It's weird..

One of my favorites is actually a cartoon, you probably know it, it's The Animals of Farthing Wood. No, not the farting wood, but Farthing Wood. Others include The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Scrubs, Frasier, DuckTales, Hana Zakari no Kimi Tachi e and Veronica Mars.

Yes, Veronica Mars. It might not be a great series, but I loved it and I was devestated when it got cancelled. I don't know the reasons why it was cancelled, but it was shit. Kristen Bell then turned up in Heroes, which also got cancelled. Cursed maybe?

I don't speak about authors and directors and people like that. Cause I have no idea who does what, it's all about the content, I don't care about the stuff happening behind-the-scenes and stuff like that.

I have quite a collection of both records and cds, but I wouldn't chose both. Digital formats all the way! Using CDs and records are too tiring.

I only started drinking beer since this New Year, mostly in the same place, but I don't have any idea what kind of beer they sell there. Heineken.. Jupiler? I don't know, but it's okay I guess. Other beer I've had was Brand, but that's.. gross..

My favorite liquor would be Johnny Walker, Jim Bean and most kinds of rum.

Ha! I can use those wishes, with no time and interest it's going to be hard.
I'm not a fan of any of them, but I like One Piece more then Bleach and definitely more then Naruto. However, lately I've been enjoying Bleach a lot more then both One Piece and Naruto. I'm actually not reading Naruto anymore at the moment, I'm choosing to wait for... well, quite some while.

My favorite characters from One Piece are Zoro, Usopp and Kaku. I'm not sure about the other two series, I love Ishida from Bleach, but besides that I haven't really thought about it. Shikamaru from Naruto is also one of my favorites, with.. hmm.. Asuma and Neji.
