Description: By applying my blood to object, in the form of a seal, I am able to draw out and manipulate 100% of that objects natural properties and potential abilities (power) for 3 minutes (1) property at a time.

Conditions/Restrictions:

· Only 1 blood seal can be active at one time.

· Up to 3 seal seals can exist at a given time.

· An object with an active seal must remain within 10 meters of myself, otherwise the seal is null.

· When the time limit is up or if the active seal is canceled the object will be destroyed.

· If an object with an active seal is broken (combat or otherwise) I will take 20% of the total damage that resulted in the object being broken.
*nen enhancement/power effectiveness ratio 1:1 so for 1% of nen used to enhance the durability after the ability it will lose 1% effective power

Examples: Steel Sword + Seal = the ability to cut though 10” steel plate, stop a bullet without cracking and overall natural striking force is greater (10-15% greater). For this ability it is important to know the properties of an object. Steel is heavy, ridged and resilient and when sharpened can even cut its self. If sharpened steel has the potential to cut though its self my ability will bring forth that power as if it was always present. My ability does not add power it only brings out power that is inherent to the object.



[Bloodline Covenant Ritual Seal]: By filling the conditions that I have set forth when creating this ability I am able to permanently bring out 100% of an object’s properties. This allows me to get around the condition of only being to choose one aspect of an object to enhance and it also gives me flexibility in combat (will be shown).

Condition:

· Object must be submerged in my blood for 3 days

· On the 4th day the object must be cleansed in water for 24hrs

· On the 5th day I perform a day long chanting ritual while the object is surrounded in aura

· The Covenant objects must remain with 20 meters of my person or else pain shall hit my body

· Should an object be out of my care for 1 month it shall be destroyed

· If an object with an active seal is broken (combat or otherwise) I will take 80% of the total damage that resulted in the object being broken.

· As a result of the ritual items with the seal effectiveness weakens when enhanced with nen 10:5
*only 5 may exist


Examples:

Covenant Vacuum Blade: A special alloy blade that contains an air compressor and regulator inside. With this potential brought forth it can compress and release air at 40mph increasing the slashing and thrusting power an speed, wind slashes and etc.

Covenant Alloy Body Suit: Able to withstand most impact such as missile fire. It also can withstand nen based attacks up to 57% should the user be an average one.

Covenant Motor Fan: A hand held motor fan with a high end motor has the ability to create small tornados or push back a battalion.

Covenant Motorized Heelys: With Covenant Seal I am able to achieve speeds up to 60MPH.

Covenant Neko Staff: A special wood grown with nen that grows in length when applied with nen. Also has the ability to take root and use those roots to monitor movement and positions of enemies but of course requires the users to remain in one place.

This ability only brings out the maximized natural abilities of an object so knowing of and or creating objects with high performance potential is key in using the ability effectively. Also material composition matter a lot as well. Just because something has the potential to perform greatly doesn’t mean it can. The idea behind the ability is based on real world imagination and would most likely be used by someone with below average aura capacity.

This looks more like an Enhancemant ability with conditions, rather than specialization.

First, I'd like to say that I loved many of the ability you guys made.
I read all of them and enjoyed it so much that I decided to sign in and join you guys.
Second, Sorry for my bad english, I'm not a native english speaker.
Well, I dont want to make this unnecessarily long. So, let me show my abiity off.
This ability is just a nen version of a T-UGS used by recon class on BF3 and 4.
It's not a battle oriented ability. Indeed, it's most suited as a support ability,
detecting presence of enemies in its range.

Name: Tactical Unattended Nen Ground sensor - T-UNGS

Nen Type(s): Conjuration

Description: User conjures a miniature version (average size of an index finger) of a T-UGS, like that one u can find googling it,
and a usb receptor.
T-UNGS
This equipment gonna work like an En, scaning an area with same range as user's nen.
It means its range is determined by user's proficiency using En. T-UNGS can be attached to any surface.
It has an autonomy of 24 hrs. After that, it stops working and requires a "recharge" to start it over. Also it can justt be realsed.
Recharging it, the user needs being in touch with it for 5 sec.
The max. number of T-UNGS conujured at their best (I mean with max. range and autonomy) is 4. However, the
number of T-UNGS can be duplicated though it causes either reduction of range (is gonna be 1/4 of user's En range)
or autonomy (reduced to 6 hr). PS.: Yeah, I did use a factor of 1/4 instead of 1/2.
USB Receptor
For the user to make use of the conjured T-UNGS, it's necessary to plug the usb receptor into any notebook, tablet or smartphone.
the receptor is gonna receive infomation of the currents T-UNGS scans and send them to, for example, the notebook that is gonna process and display all information.
Since information is stored into to a notebook, it can be sent to another computer or smartphone of allies in real time.
Which means it can be really usefull during combat given information about enemies localization.

Drawback : when using it every part of the body isnt protected by nen except for the part that used to attack

Effect: When used, I fall in a slumber and a copy of me is conjured. The cape can switch between a physical and an astral form.
When it takes a physical form, it is exactly like my body (so is also able to use nen in hand to hand combat)
When it takes an astral form, it cannot be touched and can turn invisible at will and also pass through walls or move on water.
When I switch between forms, it has a 30 second fading time in which i have to be visible and stay still.
When the physical form is killed, my real body awakens and gets into zetsu until I had at least 10 hours of actual sleep.

These are a set of abilities I made for myself if I was a specialist on another forum let me know what you guys think

My main specialist ability would be called Sacred Aura and would allow me to sense, attract, and absorb all nen not consciously controlled by a nen user. There are two forms the active form and meditation form. The active form allows me to sense, attract, and absorb all uncontrolled nen up to a 5km radius while using zetsu, it is mainly used during combat to maintain stamina. The meditation form is a much more powerful variant of the active form that allows me to sense, attract, and absorb uncontrolled nen from all around the world however it is extremely slow and I cannot move in this form only meditate. It takes me about as long as Netero charging his Zero hand to reach my maximum power.

Sacred Aura is always active since I am a specialist so in order to be able to control it I would tattoo my entire body with sacred nen tattoos that increase my ability to control Sacred Aura and to also increase my ability to use Zetsu and In to supress both the strength of my aura and its stamina consumption.

In addition to my main hatsu I would have another ability similar to Kastro's ability that would allow me to conjure up to two clones. One that uses Sacred Aura: active form that I use to fight along side similar to Kastro (or a stand similar to Jotaro from Jojo's), although much more efficient since I'm a specialist, and one that cannot fight but can absorb nen through the Sacred Aura: meditation form. Whenever I need to I can absorb the nen this clone gathers to replenish my stamina although this is usually only done when I am completely exhausted. I would also have a condition that automatically summons my fighting clone when my life is in imminent danger in order to attempt to deflect or take a hit for me.

I would also have the ability to conjure knives and other tools depending on what I need. I can also conjure clothes and outfits for myself and others to use for disguise or other utility with the condition that they will disappear when I remove them.

Once I've absorbed enough nen to reach my maximum power I'd be able to use two more abilities that are further away from the specialist category.

The first would be Sacred Aura: Hardening which would be a transmutation ability that solidifies my aura giving my body a powerful extra layer of defense and also increasing the strength of my attacks while also allowing me to physically damage my opponents without even directly touching them. This ability would mainly be used for defense but it also allows me to focus more nen for offense similar to how Palm's black widow provides her with an automatic defense so she can focus more on attacking.

The second is my ultimate attack the Sacred Aura Bomb which is an Emission attack that focuses all of my nen, at maximum strength, into a dense sphere of nen that is launched at incredible speed and guided with manipulation. It is a devastating final attack that is virtually impossible to dodge similar to Netero's Zero hand. After I use this attack I will be completely exhausted and unable to continue to fight and I'd be barely able to move.

My final saving grace if all else fails or if I am facing certain death is to activate my Crystal Shell ability which encases me in an impenetrable diamond/crystal shell but puts me in a nen induced coma. The only way to free me at that point is for an exorcist to release the nen that has sealed me away. However it is possible that if I had any clones left before I activated this ability that they can search for exorcists for me and try and save me but there's no guarantee it would work. This ability is mainly for my own self preservation and I would only use it in impossible situations like if they tried to nuke me like Meruem and I had no way to escape/survive.

What do you mean by absorbing uncontrolled Aura? A Nen user always controls his Aura flow albeit their skills differ. Unless they are geniuses or the kind of people who use their Aura without being aware of it. It looks like it'd be useful on people unaware of Nen.

In practice this means I can sense, attract, and absorb nen from all living beings (since all living things have nen) except nen users since they have conscious control over their nen. I mainly attract and absorb nen from non humans since humans are more likely to have some form of conscious control since, as you've pointed out, some people can control their nen without realizing it. It is also more difficult to absorb nen from a human then say a tree or a deer because humans just have more conscious control over themselves and presumably more nen. That is why it is mainly a slow process that takes a very long time in the meditation form and can only maintain my stamina in active form.

I think your hatsu might be a bit too random for a specialist.

I would either leave out the attacks and have it as a solely defensive ability born out of the need to feel safe, or have it being a weaker, nonspecialist ability so you can only use ur aura to conjure knives and slowly drain other people by a fixed margin (so you cannot simply drain other people out from anywhere int he world).

How is it too random? Sure my main ability is technically random (except for the fact I literally made this ability for a thread) since specialists can choose their ability that's why I just arbitrarily went with the whole absorbing aura thing but the rest of my abilities could definitely be used even without sacred aura if I had enough nen. My clone/stand ability especially is a great ability for a specialist since its basically Kastro's ability except more efficient. Conjuring simple weapons, tools, clothes, and other objects should also be possible for a specialists if you train or a just good enough. Even the more advanced abilities that use transmutation and emission are fine as long as I have enough nen/training/restrictions. Really all of these abilities are for an expert nen user that is dedicated and powerful enough to use these abilities effectively.

If you're looking for a background to these abilities lets say the character that has these abilities (myself since I got specialist in a nen test) started out clearing the first 200 floors after becoming a hunter. And after he learned that they use nen on the rest of the floors he decided to spend his money from the heavens arena on information regarding nen and after however long it takes he learns and masters all of the basics and advanced skills of nen. He'd then develop the abilities mentioned above in combination with intense physical and nen training to boost his speed, reactions, and aura control (since that is one of the most important/op physical categories as evidenced by Netero, Pitou, Kurapika, Killua, and Meruem) to cheetu/feitan level or beyond. However, since he's a specialist no matter how much he trains his physical attributes and nen he'd never physically compare to an enhancer of equivalent nen. So in order to surpass this limit he could begin to unconsciously develop Sacred Aura to compensate for his inherent weakness against enhancer by just having more nen than them as specialists like Meruem and Pitou have proven that huge amounts of nen can make you insanely op despite being a specialist. This however wouldn't make me unbeatable so I'd have to combine these abilities with the proper physical/nen training, intelligence, knowledge, situational awareness, intuition, mindset, and social, political, and economic connections to be a force in the hunter world.

My abilities aren't focused on defense they are focused on countering and decisively finishing my opponent with the least amount of damage to myself. Do you think Netero designed the Bodhisattva solely for his own personal defense or to decisively end conflicts? My abilities aren't designed for my safety they are designed to allow me to defend myself long enough for me to understand the situation I'm in and then find the solution to whatever challenge I'm facing. Only the Crystal Shell ability exists for my own self preservation and that's only if I even decide to use it which is unlikely since it goes against the overall theme of my abilities which is to directly confront my problems in a way that doesn't place me in unwinnable lose-lose situations I can't retreat from. Honestly their is no guarantee Crystal Shell would even work its only a last resort.

As for the knife/weapon/tool/clothe conjuration I already explained how this should be doable if I spend the time to actually try. They'd all have to be simple but they'd still be useful in particular situations which is the point of this ability. And for Sacred Aura I don't see any reason to only allow myself to absorb nen at a fixed margin. I wouldn't even be able to since its a specialist ability. When I created that ability for the thread I designed it to fulfill the characters goal of being able to surpass enhancers of equal nen and strength and Sacred Aura was the result. The range and speed could be different for different character but for the character I was thinking of I believe that the ranges I chose were fine and to help explain how its so powerful we could just say he was always able to sense people from far away while using Zetsu and once Sacred Aura fully developed he would be able to sense around the world while locked in the deep meditation form for several weeks/months. We could say that when he does sense nen from around the world its only the amount of nen that he can sense and not an actual description of the person meaning he can't just find anyone he wants in the world. The sensory aspect would mainly be useful while using the active form as he'd be able to sense opponents nearby hiding in Zetsu though he wouldn't be able to describe the physical presence only the nen.

I don't think specialists work that way.
The abilities they craft are very tightly revolving arround their personality and emotional Goals.
I just dont see how the different abilities you have (and it are many) reflect anyone's personality.

Take kurapika for example: He did craft some ablities and thought about what makes sense, but some abilities can only be used during emperor time, which is the onyl specialist abilitiy he uses
ALl his other numerous abilities would already be too much for one human to utilize (except maybe People like ging), but kurapika can do it because his specialist hatsu emperor time allows him to use all nenschools to 100%.
Emperor time however is closely connected to his backstory, genes and personality.
He could not just develope emperor time by thinking that it makes sense to have an ability like that.
No matter how much he Trains.
That is the essence of specialist hatsus.


So, in your case, i could get behind someone whose ability is that of a total leech who uses other People obsessively to have an ability which Drains other People out, even from afar.
That would make sense.

BUt some guy just Training and suddenly developing sacred abilities which have insane power offensively and defensively, that does not seem to make sense coupled with a specialist ability.

That rather makes sense for an insanely skilled nenuser like ging who simply is a Genius at nen, but you'D Need to be on that Level or on royal guard Level to do that.

For a nonant, i think that ability Needs much more limitations, i think it is too strong to make sense inside the mangaverse.
You use Terms like 'impossible to dodge' and 'impossible to break', so both offensively and defensively, you ability is pretty godlike and nothing really stops u from gaining Aura.
This fact makes it irrelevant how much time you Need to get Maximum Aura, since you have no real Need to Change to mediating form. You can simply drain peoples Aura actively when you just move arround going Shopping and if you really Need more you can meditate some at home before a fight.
If not for continous fights, you will always be at full power, having an impossibly to doge devastating final blow like netero's Zero Hand, having an ability like the chimera ant Palm (which does not even leave you completely exhausted) and an impossibly to break defensive ability.

And that leaves out your clone and weapon ability, which is already not bad and lets you be a capable fighter even when not having full power.

It would make much more sense if you did not have those abilities and had to meditate and pray before every fight to get full power (so no active form).
Then you role would be similar to phinks: a hard hitter which Needs a Long set up time.

Ok but this isn't how Sacred Aura works. It isn't so much of an ability that leaches off of others but that, in essense, makes the user so attuned with nature that they can utilize its natural energy in addition to their own. That's the reason I basically have unlimited sensory range because I'm actually sensing and channeling the energy of nature for my own specific use. This is the reason why the user must meditate to fully achieve this power so that they can become one with the natural world and utilize its power as a weapon for the sake of the world and other living beings. If the user couldn't achieve this level of understanding he wouldn't be able to utilize the full power of this ability. This why the ability is called Sacred Aura its not just a tool that can be taken lightly and used arbitrarily. This is the reason why I even have other abilities rather than only relying on the aura of the natural world to fight for me.

Sacred Aura isn't an ability that can be developed since it is a specialist ability. It could either be unlocked somewhere later on in life or the user can just be born using this ability but can only start to try and control it once he learns how to control his own nen. The only abilities I'd develop myself would be the clone/stand ability, the weapon/clothing conjuration, sacred aura: hardening, and the sacred aura bomb. Sacred Aura itself isn't something that can just be created that isn't how specialism works.

To be able to use Sacred aura: hardening, the sacred aura bomb, and Crytal Shell I totally agree. I'd have to be top tier to be able to use those abilities but given how much potential Sacred Aura has i'd say its pretty likely I'd be able to achieve a level close to their if I train hard enough and smart enough. There's not telling how long it'd take but its totally possible.

Limitations are only needed to make abilities more powerful in the absence of nen capacity. They are not needed to make ability simply work or even to be plausible. Did Adult gon (after the transformation of cource) need any limitations to break Pitou's spine/ribs and send her flying with one kick? Did he need any limitations to use Rock to kill her? No he just did it simply because he was that powerful. If my nen capacity is high enough and my abilities are already powerful enough the limitations become pointless unless I have specific goals and uses for them in mind.

Eh you could consider that all hyperbole. My abilities being impossible to dodge or break relies on the conjecture that i'd eventually reach the level of Netero or the RG because of the potential of my ability. Its possible it'll be nowhere near that strong, or it could be way stronger on par with Adult gon or post rose Meruem. It all depends on whatever my real capabilities would be.

Except the fact that the active form is extremely slow and weak and only allows me to maintain my stamina beyond my normal limits for a specific amount of time. Maybe active form would be op and i'd just always be at full power or maybe it would be useless and I wouldn't be able to fight with it at all. There's also the possibility I could find myself in a desert wasteland or the arctic or on an ocean with no life to gather natural energy from, making the active form useless and necessitating the use of the meditation form. My fighting clone/stand would also use the active form taking away nen that I could be using for myself and I can't combine with that clone and absorb its nen like I do my meditation clone.

While it would be possible to recover nen faster than usual with the active form that again does not guarantee i'd always be at full power per se. All it really does is make so I recover my full power faster than other nen users and have better stamina using the active form. The meditation form however is not only quantitatively different from the active form but also qualitatively as I have more time to focus on absorbing and essentially synthesizing the nen I absorb with my own (similar to meruem but nowhere near as powerful). Using the meditation for would allow for me to raise the limit of my total nen capacity or MOP and to go beyond my limits. This is why when describing my abilities I compare them to nen users like Netero, Meruem, and the RG who go beyond the limit of normal nen users and achieve awesome power. Again there's no guarantee that i'd ever achieve this but the potential is there.
And that leaves out your clone and weapon ability, which is already not bad and lets you be a capable fighter even when not having full power.
It also allows me to have other options besides Sacred Aura which ultimately makes that aura even more powerful as it isn't overused and the user can maintain a sort of harmony with nature so he'd be able to get progressively stronger and not have to rely on a single ability which could possibly be unreliable if used by itself.

Yeah that sounds good and all but wouldn't actually do anything on paper. Just like how when Netero where's his lucky shirt it doesn't actually do anything to make him stronger (except maybe make him more psychologically stable i suppose). Me personally I'm not a spiritual or religious type of person so just meditating and praying would do nothing for me. Praying that you'd win against and enhancer as a specialist of equal strength isn't going to do anything actual combat skill, strategy, and tactics are whats going to save you. No one can create a specialist ability. Sacred Aura would simply be an ability for a specialist that wishes to engage in direct combat with equivalent foes without being disadvantaged by nen typing. You'd either have it or you don't it isn't a question about choosing it or not. If I was as powerful as Phinks (nen-wise) no amount of prayer is going to compensate the physical disparities between us since he's an enhancer and I'm not. Meditating and charging my nen would only work if I was already more powerful than Phinks nen-wise, but if I was already that powerful I wouldn't want to have to wait to achieve that power I'd rather train myself to be able to bring it out at anytime as opposed to waiting for no good reason since it'd already be hard enough to even be able to fight someone like that while not at a disadvantage (being weaker physically, waiting for him to split up from the rest of the troupe, etc.).

The user performs a ritual, like watching a pendulum swing, and 'programs' themselves to accomplish one certain task to their utmost limit. The user actually uses all of their functions, especially their cognitive and nen functions, to break down and understand reality to their utmost capacity, and then perform the (according to the user) objectively best actions to accomplish the goal. So the user basically goes in a state of hyper awareness and elevatedness to do something to the best of his ability. This can be anything, as long as within the given time frame they can also ascertain whether they failed or not. If they do not specify this (doesn't have to consciously upon programming themselves, but they should be able to tell), the ability goes on lock down for 48 hours.

The user has a certain time frame to describe (to themselves) the specifics and conditions of their command. Then the user will calculate the amount of time they require to complete the task (up to 48 hours) before they are released from this state of hyper awareness. If within the given time frame they fail to complete the task, the penalty time on using the ability again is the same time they calculated they needed to finish the task. i.e. if they don't finish it within one minute, they will have to wait one minute before they can use the ability again.

I am a conjurer.

Name: Flesh and Blood

I can conjure several different blood creatures (basically, scarlet animals)

1: Rats.
2: Crows
3: Snakes
4: Golem

I conjure those out of my own blood, which means i suffer little bloodloss if i conjure a rat (basically nothing), moderate bloodloss from a crow, bloodloss like from a donation for the snakes and severe bloodloss forcing me to rest from the golem.
If i do that, they grow out of my body (It is, for example, possible to let the snake bite someone who holds me down when i make it come out of my back).
If the animal returns however and I suffer from bloodloss, the blood is returned to me (basically, the Nen that i gain from them replaces the lost blood until my body created new one).

If a creature I summon is destroyed or does not return to me inside the timeframe of 24 hours, i lose varying amounts of lifetime, which are one week for a rat, one month for a crow, one year for a snake and 50 years for the Golem.

When i conjure them or touch them, i can give the creatures orders, but i cannot change the orders if i have no physical contact.
However, when I have physical contact, I can experience everything they saw or felt.

Oooh, a hatsu thread. Always wondered if one of these existed on here, but never bothered to check for some reason.

I'm a Specialist according to the test. Since there's obvious personality and life experience requirements, I'll not get into detail on why I consider this ability pretty much "it". You could almost say I feel destined to have it.

Hatsu: Darkness

Description: I am a creature of the darkness, the shadows. Always have been, but not in an evil or creepy way. I just always held affinity to it, felt the... the pull one might say, of that which is cast by the light, of what may lie beyond. There are predators, evil things in the world. They stalk the shadows yes, but the darkness also can be a cover, a shield. It is a world into and unto itself, one that only those who are part of it by nature can partake. It's not something that can be initiated into or discovered. You are either nocternal or diurnal.

Birthed from this innate understand is the Hatsu Darkness. Wherever I am, my aura automatically conjoins with the surrounding shadows, though this exact process is more mental than nen-based. It might be best to assume that the nen is but a means to the end. I cannot achieve typical nen-based techniques, such as Gyo, under normal circumstances, or at least not without hindering the hatsu.

Activation Conditions:

1. the power is automatically inactive whenever I am within an area devoid of shadows or well-lit by any means. Or if I am blind, because I can't actually see shadows or dark things, then there's no way to tell, unless I am utterly convinced or aware by some means that I am in fact in a dark place. (such as if I were tossed into the brig of a ship or something, maybe a dungeon with water dripping and rattling chains and a coldness to my skin. The body can detect strong enough sources of light, as from the sun, indirectly through heat. But then there's smothering darkness, such as being swaddled in a very dark canvas or blanket...) It's really a matter of internal mental perception and overcoming any and all doubts blindness might bring) Pale, weak shadows are not acceptable. They must be substantially dark and devoid of light. Harsh contrasts are important unless the atmosphere is overall gloomy and shaded. So bright light isn't bad, and can render shadows more stark and certain. Moving shadows, so long as there are substantial amounts of them, are a positive, signifying the depth and wonder of the dark world beyond, which only I and other dark entities can interact with.

2. emotional response is required for the power to work. I must experience predator or prey behavior, or a sense of profound or acute need/wonder to enter the darkness. This cannot be forced or induced through conscious willpower, otherwise I just become like someone painted in dark ink, with no overall benefit, save that I am rendered blind, which further prevents the power from working, as per the above issues. Sensations of fear, needing to hide, a desire to find something, go somewhere, to hunt or to kill, or to spy and observe, are all primary emotional triggers, assuming I have no other viable means of obtaining these things, and any alternatives are not more seductive/enticing. This doesn't necessarily mean easier, but whether the counters to above triggers or the trigger emotions themselves are involved. So if I was more afraid to hide in a closet than in the Darkness of the closet, than into the darkness I would go... rather than the closet. There aren't any specific guidelines, other than the basics. This is more an analysis of how I react to activate the power, and it must be natural, once again, observed only, not manufactured.

3. If all darkness or shadows are eliminated I have three options: one, die with the darkness as all my nen runs out trying to operate in pure daylight, in which case I have the better part of three or less seconds to deactivate the power or die. Two, give up and die. Three, retreat toward nearest dark space/shadowed area. The shadows I am in don't require they be touching, but the power efficiency is far greater if so.

Once the conditions are achieved, I become part of the darkness, which functions as a semi-separate "space", from which I cannot suffer direct physical harm unless I leave it or interact with the lightworld in some way. Whether someone else is naturally able to interact with my power depends on their own personality and what I know of it, particularly my impression, to be precise. It cannot be 50/50 or some percentage. Either they are or are not capable of entering. If I sense later that they don't actually belong, regardless of circumstances, out they go.

While within the Darkness, I gain all functional powers:

Basics: while within the space I can use nen as normal, and with higher efficiency for certain techniques depending on whether I am "preying", "hiding" or "traveling."

Dark Echoes: with this power active, and it is usually active by default, I can essentially "sense" everything around me that the shadows are part of. This isn't quite the same sense as any physical method of detection, it is unique, and takes on the form of whatever I happen to feel like I should be sensing at the time. Touch is dominant, as is sound. Smell and sight are reduced but sometimes increase dramatically depending on the environment. Being in a predatory mood tends to enhance sight and smell, but reduce touch and sound.
The radius of this power fluctuates depending on how long I remain in the darkness and how focused on detection I happen to be.
I am automatically capable of detecting if someone enters the darkness with me, regardless of whatever prior powers they once possessed to hinder me observing them, so long as they were seen before and I have made a judgement on their place in the spectrum.

Black Hole: what the darkness wants, it pulls. To activate this power I must have sensed a target and confirmed their location. They must be within a few meters of where I sensed them, or remain in my sensory range. If so, they are pulled toward me. In this instance they are forced into the darkness as prisoners, not visitors, in which case they are robbed of all senses save touch and sound, which are muted, this DOES include sense of balance, as the darkness has no form, no center of gravity an outsider can confirm. It is like an ocean at times. In this state I have the capacity to use several other techniques. I can pull in as many targets as I desire at any given time, though for each target it takes longer. Beyond 10 or so and it becomes a slow process. I can pull in objects as I please, but they mustn't be able to emit light. If so they are ejected or unaffected. Pulling in large things like houses with lights in them is possible, but none of those lights can be on... and it gets iffy when trying it anyway. Sometimes the whole house goes anyway but the lights, sometimes it doesn't. People or things that glow naturally for whatever reason, or from nen, are not effected. Deep sea beasts have glowy stuff. So that makes it ok. In the darkness, of course, while I am present, the light accomplishes nothing, however...

Imprison/Drain: being in the darkness drains prisoners of their nen. I can't use their nen or powers, but the nen is drained regardless and used to intensify the power of the darkness confining them. If this is allowed to continue for a particularly strong victim, they can be crushed. This can be resisted, but only for so long.

Liberation: I can forcefully eject targets from the darkness I have pulled in. There is a buildup of ejection pressure, measured by the hour from imprisonment. The longer the wait, the more powerful the ejection will become. 24 hours of imprisonment is usually long enough to hurl something at significant speeds, but I've never measured it nor had the means. I know things tend to go whoosh! and splat! by 24 hours. The measurement depreciates with time. After 24 hours, the amount of buildup after 48 is inferior.

Travel: I can move through the darkness as fast as a shadow thrown by the light, so quite quite swiftly. Not lightspeed or any such nonsense, but much faster than I could walking or riding in a car, unless said care was moving at hopefully illegal speeds. I can continue moving for as long as I want. I can't tell distance well, but I can "sense" where I want to go, so long as I've been there before and have been amongst its shadows. Anywhere else is a blind search in the dark. It's possible, but it's slower than going on foot, and can take more than enough time to frustrate me. I can travel to people if I'm hunting them, but the speed is as if I were walking normally.

While traveling through shadows, I am more less able to slip through and around them as I please, essentially teleportation, so long as they are within a close area. If there's significant space between them, I might have to make a leap. I'm usually aware of this happening, but there's always the chance to get surprised. Sudden shifts in shadow placement in the lightworld are usually responsible. I can theoretically slip through one shadow of a corner of a room and into the corner of another, but that requires more power than if I were just moving around. I consider moving through the darkness physically taxing, which means I don't just float around without difficulty or strain. I must climb, slink, crawl, change direction, even swim at times. There's just no telling for sure.

There it is. I'm tired, so maybe more conditions later...

Well I have a new power I would like to have.

Hatsu: Neko Neko

Has two variations.

First a mix of manipulation and strenghtening to infuse my cat with nen and then control, or strenghten her. First for spying reasons and second fighting. "Look at the cute little cat..." Followed by a Monty Python and the holy grail Rabbit moment.

Second is also a mix of transforming and strenghtening, giving myself some catlike features, agility, claws etc. Nightvision included. (better Gyo I guess)

As a think about it... it would most probably end up being something like Kiba from Naruto. :D

I would create a manipulation hatsu. Not useful in battle at all, but still very strong for different purposes.

Basically, its the ability to put thoughts into another person´s mind, without them noticing and without directly manipulating them.
The basic condition to use it is that I have to be in a conversation, or at least talking onesidedly to the person. Either one is fine. Also, I must have a clear message in my head at all times during the usage of the ability.

It would have basically 3 modes:

1 on 1 conversation: When talking to someone, I can put a certain idea or action in their heads. The more I talk / listen, the stronger the effects. For example, I could make someone jump in a few minutes, give me large amounts of money in an hour, or even kill / commit suicide in 4-5 hours. Of course, the time also depends on the persons previous mindset. This mode wouldn´t be very intensive on my nen, so I could probably use it for about 4-5 hours.

Talking to a crowd: I can also use it when talking to a crowd. The ability then has an area of effect, that would afflict anyone in a closed area that is listening to me. It would take a lot more nen, and would also limit the complexity of the idea I want to pass. I could probably use it for no more than 2 hours.

Instant emotion / action: This the most nen intensive mode. I have to think of a simple, 1 worded action / emotion, and burst that into everyone in a close radius. No conversation required. For example: Run, shoot, fear, happyness. It would have a small duration, but could be used in extremme situations as support. Can also vary in degree, depending on how much nen i use. Could also be used in simple conversations for exemple, to give a person a quick sense of overpowering, or trust, or whatever else.

This ability is very conected to my daily life as a lawyer and negotiator (I also own a company). Would open the possibility to great ascention in power, financially or politically.

Its great benefits are that theres no trace of manipulation. The person fits whatever idea i want into their beliefs and actions, without me ever appearing. Its drawback is that it takes time and stamina, as it drains nen.

Thinking now, it would be a hax ability on the current arc, where information ad trust between princes and bodyguards is essencial. Well, thats where the ability shines anyway.

Every Nen type quiz I've ever done I've always got either Transmutation or Specialist so I made one for each type. This took a LONG time so I hope you read it! Let me know what you think! :)

Transmutation: Metalmorph

Inspired in part by Hisoka's bungee gum and the way he can manipulate it's properties, I would transmute my Nen to have the all of the properties of metal and be able to control and change them at will.
With this, i could make the Metal-nen a liquid and mold it into various shapes, weapons or items (which would appear as a see-through metallic Nen, in the shape of the thing thats created not the actual item visually) before hardening it as much as possible or making it as malleable as I want. Being further away from the emitter category, anything that I create with this ability dissapears within 5 seconds of it not being in contact with me, for example if I threw a spear made of metal-Nen it would only stay in shape for 5 seconds before completely dissapearing, if I didn't make contact with it again before then. Also, only one complex shape or item can be molded at any time, so I couldn't make a sword or shield and armor at the same time, only one of each, I could however mold the Nen around both of my hands into a sharp blade shape, or mold the Nen on parts of my body into spikes, as this isn't as complex or as large as a long sword, shield or head to toe armor. This ability would also increase basic defence and offense making my Shu, Ko, Ken, Ryu and basic hand to hand fighting techniques far stronger then average as my Nen would be much more dense then whoever I'm fighting, hopefully putting me on the level of a strong enhancer in physical terms. Unfortunately i couldn't create items for others to use because of the 5 second restriction, but I could create any metal tool imaginable, a key, a scalpel or a screwdriver, anything I would or could ever need in that sense for use outside of combat. Basically this ability bypasses alot of the restrictions that conjurers have in only being able to manifest two or three different items at best at the sacrifice of any special abilities on the item, and increases my physical abilities to a very high level whilst having more versatility then most enhancers, and being able to defend against almost all physical attacks. However it's weaknesses lie in its lack of ranged abilities other then throwing items I can enhance with Shu and Ryu, and it's lack of complexity compared to most conjurers, manipulators and specialists.

Specialist: Teleportation Tag

Alot of different inspirations for this one, but the main one would be Minato from Naruto.
So this ability starts as simple instant teleportation, requiring no 'portal' or emission which is why I categorised it as Specialist. Again there is a 5 second restriction on when I can next teleport, and I can only teleport to places within my field of vision (which is defined as somewhere I can see from where I am at that moment, including behind me as I could simply turn around and see there, I'm gonna use this term ALOT lol). I can also only teleport people and things I'm in direct contact with.
Now this is where I took inspiration from Minato and Chrollo's bookmark, and would develop some new additions/restrictions to the basic ability.
I can create Tags in the form of stickers, that must be placed by my hand, that are impossible to remove and can be applied to anyone, anything or any surface. I can only create a maximum of 5 tags at any given time (theme of 5 again lol).. These tags allow me to teleport to them, teleport them to me or another tag no matter where on Earth they are, although if I teleport to, or teleport one of these tags somewhere outside my field of vision, there is a one hour restriction on when I can next teleport. If they are still in my field of vision, the 5 second rule applies for each tag, but the 5 second rule does NOT apply for consecutive teleports to tags within my field of vision, only for when I can next use that tag.
The tags serve as a way to teleport me, things or people without being in direct contact with them, or out of sight and also bypass the 5 second rule temporarily. This would also be useful for use on my allies, aslong as they are within my field of vision, if they are tagged i can teleport them to another tag or to me with only a 5 second cooldown.
Obviously the idea is to place a tag on my enemy, which shouldn't be so difficult with the basic ability, then I can attack them without warning whenever I want in combination with other tags rather then just the basic teleportation ability. Or have an ally I've tagged do the same thing.
I would also train my basic hand to hand fighting abilities, Ryu and Ken as much as possible to make up for the lack of actual combat ability as that's the obvious weakness and possibly also use a weapon, maybe a sword, to make it easier to kill my opponent once I've surprised them with a teleport.
As for uses outside of combat obviously being able to teleport me or others anywhere on earth aslong as I've placed a tag there is useful for travel, as is just getting to some high ground and using a telescope lol, as long as I can see where I'm teleporting I could do it over and over again, so i would also develop Gyo at a high level, but just teleporting yourself and other people to the other side of the world needs atleast a one hour cool down so it's not overpowered. It would also be great for tracking people as the tags never dissappear I could find someone I've tagged wherever they are. I think this ability is versatile and would be useful for both fighting in a group or by yourself, and would be good against pretty much any category. Weaknesses like all specialists are the lack of raw combat power and conditions to use the ability at full potential, a really strong enhancer/transmuter with good defense would be hard to take down by myself without a weapon.

Well, I changed a lot since I first posted here so maybe my Hatsu now is somewhat different.

Roleplayer (Conjuration)

This technique is based on roleplaying, so it first materializes a die with 8 faces, each number representing a character. Each character has different things, different Hatsu, level, and quirk.
Once rolled, the quirk of the character must be fulfilled in order to reroll.

1) Witch (Conjuration, Quirk: Must capture something)
2) Monk (Enhancement, Quirk: Must meditate 6hs)
3) Paladin (Emission, Quirk: Must save/protect someone designated at the time of roll)
4) Rogue (Transformation, Quirk: Must steal something)
5) Ranger (Emission, Quirk: Must find something new)
6) Fighter (Enhancement, Quirk: Must find someone strong to fight)
7) Bard (Transformation, Quirk: Must find an interesting story)
8) Free pick

All characters start at level 1. To level up a character the Roleplayer user (RU) must defeat the same amount of opponents as the level. So 2 to reach level 2, 3 to reach level 3 and so forth.
Each Character has different things they learn when leveling up. First three levels, though, have the same structure:
The first level the character gains their special weapon. The second level they gain their conjured outfit. Third level their special ability.
When the character faces a new opponent which has a fitting technique for its theme, it can bet its level to gain it in the next level. This only can happen if the next level has nothing to gain (Which means it can't be achieved until level 3 for all characters). If they lose to the opponent when betting, they go back a level.

So, each characters 1-3 levels:
Witch (Conjuration, Quirk: Must capture something)
Weapon: A magical staff that can fly as if was a witch-broom.
Armor: A wicked lolita witch costume which enhances En.
Special Technique Lv3: Magic is motion!
Every object touch by the Witch En can be moved as under the effect of telekinesis.
Special Technique Lv5: Card Captor!
The witch can capture in a card every non-living force after defeating said force. This is kinda ambiguous, but the circumstance works in a similar manner than Sakura Card Captor. Yes, that's the influence.

Monk (Enhancement, Quirk: Must meditate 6hs)
Weapon: A staff that can enlarge its size.
Armor: Traditional monk armor, witch beads. This beads can seal aura. If it's a curse, the monk can seal it and meditate each day to cleanse it. Depending on the curse, the cleanse will last longer. While cleansing a curse, Monk can't be dismissed.
Lv3 Technique: Breath is power
Every time the monk is the target of an attack, it can use 3/4 of the aura of said attack to bounce it back.

Paladin (Emission, Quirk: Must save/protect someone designated at the time of roll)
Weapon: A Hammer that is very powerful, but can't NEVER kill a person.
Armor: A cool armor which prevents the Paladin to be under the effect of a Manipulation user.
Lv3 Technique: Portent of Hope
Every time the Paladin defend its designated protegee, its Ren gets enhanced by 1.2 points. (This means it uses less aura for the same effect)

Rogue (Transformation, Quirk: Must steal something)
Weapon: Two curved short swords that can phase through objects.
Armor: A ninja-like outfit with a long scarf which allows the Rogue to enhance their Zetsu.
Lv3 Technique: Darkness Mantle
Rogue can travel through shadow, transforming itself into it. When light is directed at him, it gets forcefully expelled from the shadow.

Ranger (Emission, Quirk: Must find something new)
Weapon: A bow which doesn't need arrows, since it uses aura. Each nen-arrow can change direction at will.
Armor: Think of Link on Breath of the Wild, the blue tunic set. It enhances Kou.
Lv3 Technique: Hunter Wisdom
Ranger can "capture" beast with a special arrow which becomes a ball. This beast can be used later. Yes, Pokemon-like.
Lv5 Technique: Ancient Rain
Every arrow the Ranger fires gets multiplied by 5.

Fighter (Enhancement, Quirk: Must find someone strong to fight)
Weapon: Fighter can summon a lot of different weapons, all of them with the same ability: They get stronger with every bit of blood of the opponents.
Armor: Fighter wears typical RPG warrior set. It increases the user healing ability.
Lv3 Technique: Struggle is power.
For every hit the warrior gets, the stronger it gets. Similar to pain packer.

Bard (Transformation, Quirk: Must find an interesting story)
Weapon: Bard is a dancer, it doesn't have a weapon. It can, however, summon a musical instrument that plays by itself.
Armor: Think of Din on Zelda Oracle of Ages. It enhances speed.
Lv3 Technique: Motion is magic!
Aura spikes according to the music played. Ostinato of a song gradually makes the user faster. Chorus highly increase the power of Bard.

Bard and Witch are females. They transform the RU's body. ;)

After Death: New Character!
When the original user of Roleplayer dies, its spirit gets trapped in the die which will find in the world a successor for the ability. This spirit will appear everytime 8 gets rolled, and it can only interact with the RU. It can do nothing else than advising and can't be further away than 50 meters from the current user.
This person can have an ability as well, but it can't use it while rolling the die. When that user dies, it also becomes part of the die. For each new user of the ability, the die increases its size. Every time their number gets rolled, they can appear as a spirit of the die. The ability they had in life (The one that wasn't from Roleplayer) become the character of that new number and it can be leveled too.

Ruleset
Since adapting to the technique can be a bit hard, RU can access the ruleset which is a book. It can't be opened with a character rolled. All the spirits on the die manifest for the duration of Ruleset, which is one hour per day and RU can access different characters freely. If RU gets interrupted with a duel, a die is automatically rolled and the Ruleset is deactivated. RU can't gain level trough Ruleset.
