But hasn't this already been thrown in our faces several times?

The whole issue is that headon and the FH see them as NPCs, while Baam sees them as people.

If they are NPCs per se, it's too early to say.

It might just be a matter of perspective too. For Headon, a god in the tower, they are NPCs, just like for the axes, they are all just characters in a story.
