The war between Great Warriors happened before that. By the time Genesis happened, the Ten Great Families system had already been established and as we can see from the flashback, the Ten Great Families weren't even a thing at that point.

Maybe he did, but maybe he didn't. We haven't seen many Red Witches in the first place, but one being pro-Zahard wouldn't be strange.

Traum: Zahard is a king now...

Only traum called zahard king, why didn't he tell the announcer to called zahard "king" if he is officially king on this current event?

Yeah, by this point Jahad had changed from 'adventurer' to 'king' but it was before he made the decision to conquer the whole tower. He was more in the kingdom founding mode.

We haven't seen many Red Witches in the first place, but one being pro-Zahard wouldn't be strange.

Semantics. Conquering the tower in this case just means climbing to the top.

By the time of the flashback the Age of Tower Climbing was over but the 10 Great Families system and Jahad Empire hadn't yet been created. after this the war with V and Arlene happens, which lasts a while. The other side loses and a long passes, during which the Ten Families are formally created. After this Jahad decides to take control of the whole tower, which is when Genesis happens.
