It was named BTTH because it sounded more cool since it seemed to make the MC more bad a$$. As for the MC he will get more flames and get more and more powerful.

He still hasn't used his lotos flame as dou spirit Because he has flame he can jump to dou king thanks to certain techniques Well for now manhua follows novel but there will be very important part in the future, important ass hell and i hope they won't change it.
