that's it. come my day-off I'm going on rounds about Makati and submit my CV- give-take 2-3 months of response- at least I know I'm doing something to get away from this godforsaken hotel.

btw, just came round to reading code geass: nightmare of nunally (afetr a day's worth of code: geass s1&2 marathon). the mangaka don't like killing characters much.

what do you think about the importance of tenure?

sigh. I know. I was hoping to stay long in this hotel- a year at the very least- at most two- and see where my career went from there. But see, there's been an alarming rate of resignations- and di sa sumasakay ako sa uso- but I know why everybody feels they want to resign- is because of the sucky system that they have in the hotel.

and as people have resigned over the years the hotel did not do anything to replace the spots left behind- and so fewer and fewer are left, until it becomes physically impossible to fit all the work within the 8 hour duty because you are only one man/woman left to do the job- FOR THE MORNING AND NIGHT SHIFTS. what. the. fuck.

and not only that, we have no equipment- we bring our own tools from our own pockets- we always run out of ingredients and we are the ones being pressured by the bosses to put up something, insisting on quality and shit, when the ingredients are all "magic"- made the shortcut way, cutting corners, just to keep up with all the work needed to be done and stretching ingredients.
