If the on panel feats contradict the off panel ones then they are nothing more than hype. If we see and are told one minute on panel that Mirajane nukes and physical attacks are useless against Skullion and then the fight goes off panel and then we come back and somehow without any explanation this changes then that battle should be taken with a grain of salt.

As far as Jellal feats. He was able to block an attack from Acnologia, shown speed close to Acnologia and has shown massively destructive power with Sema, abyss break and Alterias. So we can say his defenses and speed are close to Laxus.

Okay spriggans are a little bit relevant, but they are not stronger than natsu laxus and erza right now probably Wendy to. This four are on a different level compared to the rest of the guild bar gildarts. Brandish is stronger than most of the guild and god Serena low diff'd gajeel, gray got clowned by skullion and weakened Mira. Makes sense tbh
